Bio

Mike Schmidt Construction is a mid-sized construction company founded in 2004. Both the owner and Project Manager have business degrees from California State University Long Beach in both Management and Operations Management as well as their own California Contractor’s license which helps in the day to day operations of the business.  You get two highly qualified individuals for the price of one!

After finishing his schooling, Mike decided to follow his dream of becoming a General Contractor / Builder. Above and beyond the 4 years of apprenticeship required to obtain the general contractor's license, he also spent several years in the inspection industry to better learn what is expected by building officials.

In 2004 we opened the doors with only one thing in mind. We would change the industry one customer at a time. Although many of our customers, due to past experiences were leery of contractors prior to meeting us, by the end of their experience with us, they learned that it is okay to trust their contractor. We leave a lasting impression, and that is why we have continued to grow throughout the years.
